Per la primavera ho pensato di offrirvi un profumato Tè al Gelsomino. Riuscite a sentirne il profumo avvolgente?
A me piace tantissimo come tutti i té aromatizzati.
Pensate che per creare questa miscela, vengono raccolti i fiori di gelsomino durante la notte, momento in cui sono più profumati.
Ci dona veramente molteplici benefici, fa bene al cuore, rafforza il sistema immunitario, abbassa il colesterolo... ma non è tutto qui.
